The staff at the EyeCare Center and the optometrist I am seeing, Dr. Urbaniak, deliver amazing care in a very friendly and professional environment. Their new facility is amazing as well. (Make sure to double-check Google driving directions - the entrance is on the side of the building facing Bellevue Way, don't be misled by directions leading you to the back of the building.)

My family and I are going to this place for last 25 years, always had positive and pleasant experience. Dr Kwong is amazing and always goes above and beyond. I have had the same positive experience with the front desk staff, especially Lori and Tammy. When my contact lenses power changed a few months after I bought whole year supply, they gave me new trial lenses and reached out to the manufacture to get my old contacts replaced. One of the best customer service I ever experienced.

I had an extremely positive experience this morning at Bellevue Eyecare Center during my eye exam with Dr. Susan Kwong. The doctor is knowledgeable and very patient, kind, and respectful. I am a nervous patient, but the doctor made the exam feel relaxing! I highly recommend Dr. Kwong for those seeking an exceptional optometry provider, and especially for patients who have a fear of going into eye exams.

I’ve visited several optometrists and eyewear providers in the Bellevue area and The Eyecare Center is very much the best. Exams are conducted in a professional manner, patience is taken when answering questions fully. The eyewear team is incredibly helpful and generous, making sure I received a good fit and providing quick support when I recently damaged my frames. Top people, top service.

I am amaze in how they treated my kids during their first appointment. They came super happy with the treatment and kindness, especially the lady that helped them with their eyewear.

The EyeCare Center Bellevue is absolutely amazing with a world class admin team. I had a complex case with my special type of contact lenses and Annabelle Scott really went out of her way and persisted to resolve the issue, while also giving me a smooth customer experience. Her relentless pursuit and knowledge made the difference in getting my accurate scleral contact lenses. The doctors and admin staff are very knowledgeable and will do everything to support you, with an explanation every step of the way. This was my 2nd time doing my annual exam here, and I will be coming back!

Christian (hopefully I got his name right) was freaking amazing. His customer service is on another level. He was super patient and explained everything to us. If you visiting this place, i highly recommend asking for Christian if you want outstanding customer service.

Recently moved to Bellevue and had to start looking for a new place for my annual eye checkup. Found this place and I have no complaints about them. Dr. Jones and her staff were very friendly and patient. Dr. Jones educated me the difference between the contact lens brands and helped me save a little more on the contacts. Lots of parking spots in front of the building.

Was worried about blurriness in my left eye. They got me in within a few days. Dr. Lindberg did various procedures to determine a little progression of pre-cataracts but not glaucoma or macular degeneration. Very confident in Dr. Lindberg and he has a pleasant, reassuring manner. Thanks!

I’ve been coming to the eye care center for many many years, and I couldn’t even think of going anywhere else. They take such good care of you from the minute you walk in, all the way to meeting the doctor and the staff is fabulous I highly recommend them.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this very professional and extremely personable optometrist office. They really go above and beyond. I never feel pressured to purchase frames or services. They care about my needs over trying to make a sale, and in this day and age that is amazing!
